Will the marriage department reject our marriage application? |

Normally, the marriage department will not reject a couple with appropriate and sufficient identity proofs and documents. However, in the event that the originals of your documents were lost or the proofs are insufficient, they will have the rights to reject your application.
Therefore, in order to protect your consumer rights, we will refund all your deposits after deduct the paid services. (such as applications to related departments etc)

What can we do if we need to divorce in future? |

It is because both of you are Hong Kong citizens, and you are executing your marriage under the Laws of Hong Kong, you will need to apply for divorce at the Family Court of Hong Kong. In the mean time, you can also send a written request alongside your divorce certificate to the marriage department of that country to renew the status of your marriage .
